- Anchor
- The primary domain in a cluster. Always a Tier-1 .com or .ai brandable. Holds the strategic weight of the cluster — its presence in a bundle defines the bundle's value. Example: bitcoinbank21.com is the anchor of Bundle 01.
- Bundle
- A strategic multi-TLD set sold as a single transaction. Bitcoin Asset Group organizes 9 bundles (Bundle 01 to Bundle 09) ranging from 6 to 25 domains each. Bundles preserve cluster integrity — splitting a bundle destroys defensive value.
- Cluster
- A group of domains sharing a brand stem across multiple TLDs and variants (e.g., bitcoinbank.com + bitcoinbank.de + bitcoinbank.at + bitcoinbank.ch). Cluster acquisition prevents post-launch trademark squatting in additional jurisdictions.
- Comparable
- A third-party public domain sale used as valuation reference. Voice.com ($30M, 2019), eth.com ($2M+, 2024), business.com ($345M, 2007) and insurance.com ($35.6M, 2010) are the most-cited Comparables in the Bitcoin Asset Group portfolio.
- DACH
- The German-speaking European Bitcoin market: Germany, Austria, Switzerland. ~100M native German speakers, top-3 Bitcoin adoption per-capita in continental Europe, regulated by BaFin/FMA/FINMA respectively.
- Direct Sale
- Sale negotiated directly between Bitcoin Asset Group and the buyer, without marketplace intermediation. Avoids 10–30% marketplace commission and enables direct conversation around pricing context and use case.
- Escrow.com
- The regulated escrow settlement provider used for all Bitcoin Asset Group transactions. Licensed as a money services business in all 50 US states. Supports Bitcoin (on-chain or Lightning) and EUR/USD wire.
- Lot
- Editorial-register term for a numbered listing in the portfolio catalog. Lots are numbered 01–09 (corresponding to the 9 bundle anchors) and additional lot numbers for Tier-1 anchors. Equivalent to a Sotheby's-style lot designation.
- Make-Offer
- Direct-negotiation pricing model used for Tier-1 anchors. Final price reflects the buyer's project economics rather than an arbitrary list price. A motivated strategic buyer typically pays 2–5× what a speculative buyer pays for the same name — both prices are fair.
- Multi-TLD Set
- A complete TLD coverage of a brand stem across .com, country-TLDs (.de/.at/.ch), category-TLDs (.app/.ai/.org), and defensive long-tails (.cl/.hn/.mu). Bundle 01 (Bitcoin Bank International) is the largest multi-TLD set in the portfolio (24 domains across 15+ TLDs).
- Provenance
- The ownership and registration history of a domain — Registered date, Held-since date, Registrar, DNS configuration, and trademark status. Bitcoin Asset Group publishes Provenance for every Tier-1 domain in the WHOIS-Specimen panel.
- Specimen
- An editorial-format display of WHOIS, Provenance, and Settlement data for a domain. Bitcoin Asset Group's Tier-1 detail pages include a Specimen panel (Specimen · Whois) showing the domain's complete heritage and acquisition context.
- Strong Keyword
- Tier-2 classification. Domains with direct industry use-case value in premium TLDs (.com / .de / .ch / .at / .ai). 43 domains in this tier, pricing from €2,000. Examples: bitcoinkredite.at, bitcoinwealthoffice.com.
- TLD
- Top-Level Domain. The component after the final dot in a domain name (.com, .de, .ai, etc.). Bitcoin Asset Group's portfolio covers 28+ TLDs, with strategic concentrations in .com, .de, .at, .ch, and .ai.
- Tier 1 (Premium Anchor)
- Brandable, B2B-credible single-domain anchors. 18 domains. Make-Offer pricing. Examples: bitcoinbank21.com, bitcoinwealthoffice.com, xledger.ai, bitcointrustoffice.com.
- Tier 2 (Strong Keyword)
- Industry-specific domains in premium TLDs. 43 domains. Pricing from €2,000.
- Tier 3 (Cluster Member)
- Country-TLD or category-cluster members. 162 domains. Pricing from €500. Most valuable inside bundles.
- Tier 4 (Long-tail)
- Niche-use-case or quick-sale candidates. 39 domains. Pricing from €200. Marked noindex for search engines but available for direct outreach.
- Volume
- Editorial-register term for an edition of the portfolio. Volume I refers to the current 2026 release of 262 curated Bitcoin domains. Future Volumes may be released as additional inventory becomes available.
- WHOIS
- The public registry record showing a domain's registration history, current registrar, and DNS configuration. Bitcoin Asset Group's Specimen panel publishes a curated WHOIS-style data view for transparency on each Tier-1 anchor.
