1. Scope
These terms apply to the sale of domains from the Bitcoin Asset Group portfolio (Tobias Cors, address see Legal notice) via bitcoinassetgroup.com and to all inquiries received through it. Deviating terms of the buyer apply only if expressly agreed in text form.
2. Business buyers only
The offer is directed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. No contracts are concluded with consumers (§ 13 BGB). By sending an inquiry, the buyer confirms that they act in the course of their trade, business or profession.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of domains on this website is not a binding offer. Inquiries and price proposals via the forms or by email are non-binding. A purchase contract is concluded only once both parties have expressly agreed in text form on the domain, the price and the settlement.
4. Price
The price agreed in the settlement applies. Whether and to what extent VAT is charged is stated in the agreement. Who bears the Escrow.com fees is set out in the agreement.
5. Settlement
Settlement takes place via Escrow.com under its terms: the buyer pays Escrow.com, once payment is confirmed the domain is transferred by auth code or registrar push, and Escrow.com releases the funds once the buyer confirms receipt. Payment in Bitcoin is possible by separate arrangement, outside Escrow.com; the details are then agreed in text form.
6. Transfer
The seller warrants being the registrant of the domain and being entitled to transfer it. On transfer, all rights and obligations under the registration agreement, in particular the ongoing renewal fees, pass to the buyer. The buyer ensures that they can accept the domain at a registrar of their choice.
7. Use of the name
The acquisition transfers the domain name only. It confers no licence, authorisation or right to use terms such as “bank”, “private bank”, “lawyer”, “tax adviser”, “trust”, “foundation” or “fund”. The buyer alone verifies and is responsible for whether and how the name may be used, in particular under banking, professional, company-name, trademark and financial-regulatory law. The use cases on this website are illustrations, not assurances that a use is permitted.
8. Warranty and liability
No warranty is given for any particular usability, visitor numbers, search rankings, resale values or the trademark or regulatory permissibility of a use. The seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the seller's registered place of business.
10. Final provisions
Amendments and additions require text form. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
